If you can’t audit the "thought process" of your AI, you aren't leading. You’re just spectating.
Most leaders over 40 fall into two traps:
- The Outsourcer: They let a "younger, techy" staffer handle the AI, losing all oversight.
- The Passive User: They trust the AI output because it "looks professional," failing to see the underlying bias.
True Digital Wisdom isn't about knowing how to code. It's about knowing how to interrogate the machine. It’s about being the "Cognitive Partner" who knows when to say: "Wait. This source doesn't exist." Or "This information couldn't be accurate."
Your reputation took decades to build. Don't let a "hallucinating" algorithm destroy it in a second. (Which is happening more than you think while working with AI tools.)
