I'm Elida, an Italian-Canadian now living in Italy. I'm your honorary Italian relative, bringing premium quality extra-virgin olive oil to Montreal. I've always been infatuated with the olive oil I tasted when I spent summers in my youth in my dad's hometown of Fossacesia, Abruzzo, on Italy’s Adriatic coast. During Montreal's cold winters, I anticipated the arrival of the precious liquid gold afte

r the New Year. During visits back to Italy as an adult, I began immersing myself in the local olive oil producing culture, and eventually joined forces with Frantoio Arrizza, an olive oil mill where members of my family have been producing olive oil for at least six generations. I am fully engaged in the local olive oil community, and ready to send some of this earthly goodness to you!
