What does an 88% drill-hole hit ratio actually mean?
For an early-stage gold exploration project, hitting gold in 20–40% of drill holes is typical. Above 50% is already highly successful.
At Beauce Gold Fields’ Grondin target, 14 of 16 drill holes returned elevated gold anomalies of 300 ppb or more, with results reaching up to 11 g/t gold.
That works out to an 88% hit ratio.
CEO Patrick Levasseur explains why that number stands out and what it could mean as exploration advances.

Cautionary 43-101 Statement:
The Exploration Target is conceptual in nature. There has been insufficient exploration to define a mineral resource, and there can be no assurance that further exploration will result in the definition of such a resource.
