August was a great month

Five days in Montreal with the people I love.

I do recharge by being alone, but sometimes I need to be surrounded by my loved ones, by the family and the friends who have poured into me long before any of this work ever started.

These last few days reminded me of something I keep relearning. The people who love me are not a break from the vision, they are part of how it gets built.

Every conversation, laughter, shared meal puts something back into me that the work quietly takes out during the week.

I'm coming home softer, fuller, and clearer than I left.
Because the strongest version of me at work is the one who has been poured into first. The rest is not a pause from the strategy, it's part of it.

Back to building, and everything they gave me is coming with me.

Starting over isn’t failure.
It’s editing your life.

Sometimes the reason you feel stuck isn’t because life stopped working…
it’s because the version of you you’re living no longer fits who you’re becoming.

You’re scared to restart because you think you’re losing your story.
You’re not.
You’re finally writing the right one.

You might actually like the new chapter more.

5 things that help when you start over:

1. Stop announcing, start moving
You don’t need everyone’s approval before your first step. Quiet action builds real confidence.

2. Let the old identity go
You’re not “the job”, “the relationship”, or “the role” you used to have. Most people stay miserable just to stay familiar.

3. Expect discomfort
New beginnings feel awkward, lonely, and uncertain. That’s not a warning sign. That’s proof you’re growing.

4. Focus on direction, not speed
You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to not go back to what you already know doesn’t work.

5. Act like the future you now
Make decisions as the person you want to become, not the person you’ve been.

You’re not too late.
You’re just at the plot twist.

Your life can change the moment you decide the next chapter matters more than the last one.

2026 is not a year I am waiting for.

It is a version of myself I am preparing for.

Every habit, every system, every choice right now is shaping the woman I am becoming.

I am done chasing. I am preparing to hold the life I am asking for.

With clarity. With intention. With peace.

The next chapter is already mine. I am simply stepping into it.

When I started my fashion brand years ago, I made one mistake that almost every new entrepreneur makes. I tried to do everything myself.

I was the photographer, the designer, the creative director, the operations manager, the customer service rep, the stylist, the model coordinator. I was everywhere and nowhere at the same time. Nothing was exceptional. Everything was just good enough.

And good enough never builds a great business.

It wasn’t until I stepped into real estate investing that I finally understood the power of building a team. Suddenly, my “team” wasn’t just me. It was the realtor, the mortgage broker, the community, the mentors, the coaches, the people who filled in the gaps I could never fill on my own.

Entrepreneurship is not a solo sport.
The moment you stop trying to be everything is the moment you give yourself permission to grow.

Surround yourself with people who bring strengths you don’t have.
That is how real businesses are built.

As real estate investors, we need to start thinking seriously about the advantage of AI and the opportunities it’s creating.

Most people look at AI as just another tool to use in their business, but it’s much bigger than that. The technology is evolving so quickly that entire data centers are being built to support it.

And here’s the question: how are you, as a real estate investor, positioning yourself to benefit from that shift?

These data centers will need properties to operate. The companies building them will need space. And the people working in these new AI-driven roles will need homes.

AI isn’t just changing technology, it’s reshaping real estate.

The investors who recognize that now will be the ones best positioned tomorrow.

I’m still flying high from the EXPAND Conference this weekend.

Being surrounded by so many incredible investors, entrepreneurs, and visionaries reminded me why I love this community so much. The energy, the conversations, the learning: it was all inspiring.

What made it even more special was seeing so many women investing, leading, and building businesses alongside powerful men who are just as passionate about growth and collaboration.

Every story, every connection, every lesson shared was a reminder that success is built in rooms like this, with people who dream big, take risks, and help each other rise.

Feeling blessed to be part of such an amazing network of like-minded individuals. Here’s to continued growth, collaboration, and expansion.

Being on stage is one of my favourite places to be.

I love the energy of a live audience, the connection, the exchange, and the opportunity to share what I’ve learned through my own journey. Every time I’m invited to speak, it’s a blessing.

Over the past few years, I’ve had the chance to help entrepreneurs and real estate investors learn how to systemize their businesses and implement smart systems that save time and create freedom. But what fulfills me most is seeing people light up when they realize what’s possible for them.

Speaking isn’t just about sharing information. It’s about helping others grow, evolve, and take action with confidence. And that’s something I plan to keep doing for a long time.
