Need to do marketing research that involves a survey? Writing a questionnaire is easy? Not really. Which question is correct?

Marketing research these days is often on-line data collection. There are dozens of “free” or at least inexpensive software available, such as Survey-Monkey, which will run your survey for you. The one thing it cannot do is write your questionnaire.
