Les DIH 66 (Détachements d’Intervention Héliportés) sont actuellement engagés en renfort zonal dans l’Ariège, sur le feu de Mijanès.

🚁 Spécialisés dans l’intervention en terrain difficile et dans des secteurs difficilement accessibles par voie terrestre, nos sapeurs-pompiers viennent renforcer le dispositif de lutte contre cet incendie.

Our MARK-3 pumps are built for some of the toughest conditions encountered in wildland firefighting. Compact, powerful and easy to deploy, they can be used in a wide variety of operational configurations.

Here, a MARK-3 Watson Edition is operated directly from a boat. This setup creates a mobile pumping point that can support firefighting operations involving other vessels, waterfront structures, or fires located along a riverbank or shoreline.

It can also provide a solution when the terrain offers no accessible shore, for example, where a steep mountainside drops directly into a lake or river. The pump can be positioned and primed aboard the boat, then used to supply a long-distance hose lay from the open-water source to crews operating on land.

Wildland operations rarely offer ideal access. That is why portable equipment must adapt to the terrain, not the other way around.
