💙 PMET was happy to participate in the Golf Benefit Tournament ⛳. The tournament helps raise funds for sports, recreation, and youth activities that benefit the community of Chisasibi throughout the year.

Sports provide young people with opportunities to stay active 💪, build healthy habits, develop confidence🌟, and connect with others 🤝. PMET is pleased to support the youth of Chisasibi 👧🧒 and made a special donation of $5,000 🎉 to the Chisasibi Minor Sports Committee.

Thank you to the organizers of the tournament for making this event possible and for their continued commitment to Chisasibi’s youth!

Hailing from Chisasibi, Hugo has already been working on the Shaakichiuwaanaan project for multiple seasons now. PMET is pleased to announce the signing of a non-binding Letter of Intent with the Cree Nation of Chisasibi regarding the Shaakichiuwaanaan Project.
The LOI establishes a structured framework for ongoing engagement, information sharing and dialogue throughout the engagement and assessment process.
Potential working groups may cover topics including:
• training
• employment and skills development
• local economic development
• environment
• transportation
• other areas of mutual interest

Importantly, the LOI does not constitute consent, approval or endorsement of the Project. Rather, it supports continued dialogue while fully respecting the Cree Nation of Chisasibi's governance and independent decision-making processes.

Responsible project development begins with meaningful engagement and long-term relationships.
