Having escape routes posted in case of fire or where to go if there is a tornado can make a huge difference; not everyone is able to think on their feet in a crisis. Does your staff know what to do if there is a medical emergency? Having a staff member trained in first aid and CPR is important, especially if you’re in an industry the uses sharp knives, power tools, heavy machinery, ect..
Standard Operating Procedures – this lays out how your business operates in detail. This enables others to keep your business running if you need to step away.
Administrative needs – paperwork can take up an extraordinary amount of time making it difficult to focus on running and growing your business.
