While employers continue to face workforce challenges, hundreds of thousands of Canadians with disabilities who have the potential to work remain underrepresented in employment. At the same time, inclusive organizations report stronger business outcomes, including higher productivity and revenue growth.

At Agilec, we see every day how disability inclusion benefits job seekers, employers, and communities alike. This NDEAM, we’ll be sharing resources that help employers adopt more inclusive practices and implement effective accommodation strategies, enabling them to unlock talent, strengthen their workforce, and support growth.

Because when skills are recognized and opportunities are accessible, everyone benefits.
