Ugh, complications all the way around with my website.

So when creating Tec Spec i thought i had done my home work researching the best graphic designer and webhosting company.

It ended up they originally got the domain for my site. They ended up going under and i thought the domain was transfered to my current web hoster - it wasn’t.

So now after dealing with a recent headache of updating my website platform from Drupal 6 to Drupal 8 - now my domain has expired and we don’t know who the ‘owner’ is.

Lesson to be learned - set up your own godaddy account purchase the domain name yourself when starting up your own company.

Demo'ed & reno'ed a 700 sqft. condo. All the interior design work done by myself. Unfortunately was working full time so i wasnt on site to make the call about a few details but all and all turned out great. Photos to come shortly.

So far for my Rental Property Management Licensing Course, I have achieved the following results on my assignements: 80%, 90%, 65%, 90%, and 100%, waiting hear back for Assignment 6.

Hopefully should have this all done within 4 more months.
