We were approached to build two custom boxes that have to be 65 inches inside both ways and 45 inches high. So I went and got some melamine and some two by fours in the crew started building a mold. Once the mould was completed, we sprayed gel coat on it cut lots of materials and Core Mat. Roving. An ounce and a half mat. 200 L of resin two full rolls of materials. The lip have to be 2 1/2 inches wide. The customers from Port Alberni they were very happy with the build. The Fibreglass had to be a half an inch thick. Consistent.

A customer came to us with the side Impact and I checked it out on a Sunday and showed the extent of the damage to the owner. He was happy with my quote once we got into it and got a bit bigger on the bottom of the boat hall. But we fibreglassed it back together, colour match the gel coat, strand filled, and fared it out mask the boat. Sprayed gel coat. Guide coat wet sand and polish. Reinstall the rigid moulding and had MB Signs and DESIGN redo the 1200 deckles and the key number

Is pontoon belongs to a float plane it had a mishap landed in the wheel didn’t come down. The owner had to get down the runway on the Fiberglass. This wasn’t a hard repair. It just took a lot of thinking about how to fix it. We ended up building a Mould off the good one and then cutting all the damage areas open and removing all the guts cutting a hole in the side so we could access it to repair it It was only an eighth of an inch thick to start out with so we put the Mould that we made underneath it and Fibreglass three layers of Matt to create the bottom. Then we repaired and finished off the outside because we could not fix this just from the outside it’s an airplane. It has to be done properly. We were able to save this serial number colour match the gel coat and made this thing look like it would never happened took a couple weeks to complete, but it sounds exactly the same as the other side turned out extremely nice.

This vessel was transported to us from Saltspring Island, where it sustained significant side damage. The owner contacted us, sharing photographs, and subsequently brought the boat in for assessment. Following our discussion, it was determined that a previous repair attempt using rigid aluminum molding, which is no longer available, I explained to him I had a much better idea The owner had reached out to other parties, who proposed an internal repair solution that would have required extensive disassembly, resulting in unnecessary complexity. Instead, we opted for a more efficient approach, replacing the damaged section with updated rigid plastic molding featuring a stainless steel insert. Subsequently, the owner requested that we polish the boat. and this is our finished product.
