This customer brought us his Double Eagle. She was in really rough shape at the bottom had over 150 chips in the strikes. The transom was rotten We cut it all out cut partial stringers out so we could get all the wood out. Put it all back in New # all Resined both sides of wood prior to install made new stringer pieces and floor tops Fibreglass at all together, then refinished it once it was all back together. Wet sanded the whole boat removed all the stripes? Lots of polishing lots of pinholes to fix lots of body damage. The boat had a lot of porosity which we never did fix the stuff like that, but it still looked way better than it did when it came in cut the shelves inside the boat because they were rotten re-Fiberglass in and replace them. The back chance of Fibreglass and finished it in gel coat so it will never see water again. She left really nice. Looked great. New # deckles supplied by the owner.

Well, the owner came to us. Apparently this is a rare single cab truck. Apparently they don’t make a canopy that fits up because they’ve changed the back of the cab so the owner found a canopy off of a regular Toyota and we cut it back to fit his truck. We did all the Fibreglass work and he cut it and now he’s taking it home to finish it off and paint it. He was pretty stoked when he left.

One of our longtime owners that keeps coming back and selling this boat and asked us to make it pretty so we did a lot of polishing a little bit of wet sanding added some Bottom Paint to make her look very nice. Updated our decal from the old one when we first started to the new one. This is a rare and beautiful boat.

These new personal watercraft are not made of Fibreglass anymore. They are hard to repair. You have to repair them with epoxy. This boat sustained damage damaged from his trailer bunk. Breaking in the owner believes the road he was towing it down was extremely bumpy, and the weight of the machine cracked the boat we had to take all the top stuff off bucket some floatation. Do inner repair and grind from the outside once the inner Repair was cured. They only repair that happens here for finishing is painting the colours on these machines don’t come with colour codes that match Canadian paint. So we have to take it to
. They made the colour for us. We had to take the machine there and we finished it off with small spot repair with sand in polished and reassemble the machine and it left yesterday. We’ve done seven machines in the last month.

We repaired a mishap in a very hard situation as the backside of this is cardboard. It’s literally made with cardboard, so we came up with the idea of making a Fibreglass plate. Then we glued it onto the cardboard and then made a fibreglass filler plate because you can’t push on the front of this thing to try and do any kind of bodywork three different colour matches when we ended up with sanding and polishing the whole front so that we could get the proper colour so this didn’t stand out later on down the road had to source out a piece of trim. It was also damaged picked up and delivered. Customer was extremely happy.

Comox Customer brought us his boat that received side impact. We removed the rigid moulding and proceeded to chase all the cracking and decided to just grind them all away and Fiberglass all the damage. We had to recreate the body line and colour matching the gelcoat we made strand fill and faired out the gelcoat filler. With minor fills to prep for the spraying of the repairs. Once sprayed. Wet sanding and polishing to blend in the repair. Then I took it to. . They re installed the letters we saved and reproduced the lower stripes.

We were approached to build two custom boxes that have to be 65 inches inside both ways and 45 inches high. So I went and got some melamine and some two by fours in the crew started building a mold. Once the mould was completed, we sprayed gel coat on it cut lots of materials and Core Mat. Roving. An ounce and a half mat. 200 L of resin two full rolls of materials. The lip have to be 2 1/2 inches wide. The customers from Port Alberni they were very happy with the build. The Fibreglass had to be a half an inch thick. Consistent.

A customer came to us with the side Impact and I checked it out on a Sunday and showed the extent of the damage to the owner. He was happy with my quote once we got into it and got a bit bigger on the bottom of the boat hall. But we fibreglassed it back together, colour match the gel coat, strand filled, and fared it out mask the boat. Sprayed gel coat. Guide coat wet sand and polish. Reinstall the rigid moulding and had MB Signs and DESIGN redo the 1200 deckles and the key number

Is pontoon belongs to a float plane it had a mishap landed in the wheel didn’t come down. The owner had to get down the runway on the Fiberglass. This wasn’t a hard repair. It just took a lot of thinking about how to fix it. We ended up building a Mould off the good one and then cutting all the damage areas open and removing all the guts cutting a hole in the side so we could access it to repair it It was only an eighth of an inch thick to start out with so we put the Mould that we made underneath it and Fibreglass three layers of Matt to create the bottom. Then we repaired and finished off the outside because we could not fix this just from the outside it’s an airplane. It has to be done properly. We were able to save this serial number colour match the gel coat and made this thing look like it would never happened took a couple weeks to complete, but it sounds exactly the same as the other side turned out extremely nice.

Complete restoration which required fiberglass repairs on both sides of all the damage and broken areas.
