Generate 2026 is only two weeks away, and Clean Energy BC has shared an important opportunity for First Nations interested in attending.
Travel funding is available to support up to two representatives per BC First Nation attending this year’s conference, taking place May 25–26 in Vancouver. This is a valuable opportunity to connect with First Nations leaders, government, developers, utilities, and clean energy partners from across the sector.

Generate 2026 Travel Support for First Nations Participation
We are pleased to share that, thanks to support from the Ministry of Energy and Climate Solutions, travel funding is available to help reduce barriers to participation in this year’s Generate conference.
Support is available for up to two representatives per BC First Nation to attend Generate 2026, taking place May 25 to 26 in Vancouver at the Westin Bayshore. This funding is provided as a reimbursement to help cover travel and accommodation costs. We encourage interested Nations to reach out early for details and eligibility information.
