Island Horse Blanket Cleaning & Repair

08/19/2026

We’re excited to be bringing BREAKAWAY ROPING to the Comox Valley Exhibition August 29th and 30th! This will be our biggest venue and biggest crowd yet! 🔥

That means an even bigger opportunity for local businesses to get involved and have their name in front of a large, engaged audience.

Breakaway roping is fast, exciting and full of skill, speed and horsemanship. It’s a sport that continues to grow here on Vancouver Island, and we’re proud to showcase it on the CVEX stage.

We’re looking for event sponsors and prize sponsors who want to be part of making this event something special.

Your support helps us:

🐴 Give local athletes an opportunity to compete
🤠 Grow breakaway roping on Vancouver Island
🏆 Create an exciting event for competitors and spectators
🌾 Support our local western, agricultural and equine community
📣 And give your business valuable exposure at one of our biggest events yet

Whether you’re interested in financial sponsorship, donating a prize/product or creating a custom partnership, we’d love to talk about what could work for your business.

This is a big step for breakaway roping, and we want our sponsors to be a big part of it. ❤️

If you or a business you know would like to get involved, send us a message or contact

Just helping another small business out. Its a reminder to those who haven’t paid Matt for his work/time.

Hey y’all

As much as I hate to do this, unfortunately for the time being any video orders will now have to be prepaid before events or else they will not be captured.

Mistakes and Errors happen from a photo/videographer standpoint and I have never asked anyone to pay for something that they’re not happy with, however, tracking down payments after videos have been received and then a lot of the time posted on social media without payment has become too much of a burden to justify the cost.

Our goal has always been to capture a memory everyone can afford, I’m sure at some point I’ve told you I never want to increase the price of our videos and sitting through full events, capturing, organizing and sending videos that all of you enjoy is a great feeling, but fighting and arguing for payment is not.

We don’t need sympathy, just accountability.

Thanks,

Team Sky High
