• Institutional projects
• Commercial construction
To be considered, companies should generally have:
✓ 5+ years in business
✓ 10+ years of trade experience
✓ $5M liability insurance
✓ Experience handling medium-sized projects
✓ 3 strong project references
✓ Capacity to take on additional work
We help qualified trades and suppliers build relationships with General Contractors, developers, estimators and preconstruction teams — and work to get our members considered for more commercial bidding opportunities.
