Mother Nature appears to be testing everyone’s aerodynamics today!

🚗 Cars: If you’re driving sideways, that’s not a new alignment feature.

🚛 Semis: You’re hauling freight, not auditioning for a sailing competition. Reduce your speed and stay alert for sudden crosswinds, Especially those pulling empty or lightly loaded trailers, know your limits. If conditions are unsafe, PARK IT!

🚐 Travel Trailers: If your trailer starts trying to pass your truck, it’s probably time to reconsider the trip. 😂

All jokes aside, Southern Alberta is under a wind warning today, and strong crosswinds can be especially hazardous for high-profile vehicles and anyone towing a trailer.

Slow down, keep both hands on the wheel, leave extra following distance, and avoid sudden steering movements. If conditions become unsafe, pull over in a safe location or postpone travel until the wind eases.

🚨 When a dry-weather road turns into a mud pit! 🚨

Just because the weather is dry doesn't mean the road is!

What should have been a straightforward drive turned into a slippery, muddy mess. Deep ruts, standing water, and enough mud to make you question whether you're driving down a road or through a farmer's field. 😂

A good reminder that road conditions aren't always what they seem, and those "dry weather road signs don't lie, even when the sun is shining. ☀️

This semi had definitely seen better days, but getting it recovered was still a job that needed doing.
