Greater Napanee Connect is a volunteer-driven, community enrichment organization dedicated to strengthening the fabric of our town through connection, collaboration, and civic pride. The Napanee B.I.A., under the Municipal Government, promotes and encourages local business by attracting residents and visitors to the areas shops, other attractions and enterprises, by means of beautification, revitalization and special promotions.
