“I have paid for other industry-specific business mentorship programs and found myself disappointed. What I had hoped for with those programs was to feel like I had earned a mini-MBA — instead, I got a syllabus and hollow advice.

BBA has changed my view of myself, my business, and my capabilities, and I now look forward to a brighter business future built on a strong foundation. No stone has been left unturned.”

We’re back from an energizing team gathering in Creston! 🌿 Meeting in person gave us a chance to reconnect, reflect on the past year, and plan for the future.

A big thank you to the Uptowner Hotel - Creston BC for a comfortable, centrally located home base, and to Sternwheeler Craft Distillery for hosting our kickoff meeting with such warm hospitality. We enjoyed delicious bites from Bigfoot Cafe & Gifts, Basasak_chicken, The Golden Flour Bakery, and Jimmy's Pub & Grill, who provided the perfect conference room for day two.

One of the highlights was spending time face-to-face with our client Jordana of Iron Soul Fitness. Being on the ground with business owners who are participating in the program helps us ensure the program continues to respond to where they're headed next.

Jordanna toured us through the incredible gym she co-owns with her husband Brent, shared insights on her business journey, and offered thoughtful feedback from her experience in the program. And true to form, she put us to the test — cue the 400-lb tire flips (yes, a few of us managed it solo!). 💪

All in all, it was an inspiring few days in Creston!

“I believe that if you want to be profitable and grow, you have to actively work on those things. They don’t happen on their own.

It’s wild to think I went through 10 years of formal education without ever learning how to run a business. I honestly believe this kind of content should be part of the education system because it’s so fundamental to how our economy and society function.

Completing the BBA program gave me the essential knowledge I needed to properly manage my company.”
