Today, we’ll be discussing a topic that’s both crucial and often overlooked: the importance of completing your GR profile.
A small action that can make a big difference… especially when you want people to remember you!

**The importance of completing your GR profile**
Let’s be honest. You may have taken the time to create your profile… but did you really complete it?
Photo, bio, contact info, social links, specialty, member benefits — all of that isn’t just decoration.
🎯 A completed profile is your professional showcase within the GR network. It’s like showing up to a networking event… with your business card *and* your best smile. Without it, you go unnoticed.
🔍 A well-filled profile means:
• Being easily found by other members (no one’s a mind reader!)
• Multiplying your business opportunities — if people don’t know what you offer, they can’t recommend you!
• Inspiring trust — a half-empty profile can give an impression of disinterest… or even amateurism. Ouch.

And let’s be honest: when you visit another member’s profile, you appreciate when it’s clear, complete, and professional. So why not offer the same in return?

🛠️ **Pro tip**
Take your next coffee break to update your profile. Use a recent photo, write a clear service offer, and most importantly, highlight what makes *you* stand out. This isn’t the time to be modest. Networking is also marketing.

Hello everyone and welcome to your new GRs for the week of September 14, 2025. Today, we are going to talk about the Top 10 groups of GR as well as a look back at the GR International Convention 2026. And finally... a little reminder about the Networking Ball that is just around the corner.

Topic 1 – The Top 10 GR groups:
So, who are the best GR groups right now?
Well, according to our evaluation system based on the rigorous application of GR standards, ten groups stand out internationally. What criteria are evaluated? Nothing is left to chance:
✔️ An event planned on the calendar every 6 weeks
✔️ 4 toolbox published
✔️ A complete and active
✔️ board of directors Monthly board meetings to move the group forward
In other words, these groups are not content to exist. They perform. 🎯
👏 Special mention this week to two exceptional bands:
➡️ Drummondville 1
➡️ 100% Web 1 France (formerly Paris 1) Both obtained a perfect score. That's no small feat! By the way, Par 100% Web 1 France (formerly Paris 1) is 2 in 2 for the perfect score. CONGRATULATIONS

Topic 2 – Review of the GR 2026 Convention:
The GR 2026 Convention is launched! And it's moving! The event will take place in the Dominican Republic, and registration continues until October 10, 2025.

Hello everyone, and welcome to your GR Weekly News for August 31, 2025.
Today’s focus: absence management and best practices to stay present, even when something unexpected happens.
Topic 1: Absence Rules
• Rules are in your member section. Key points:
o At 5–6 absences, or 4 in a row, your group board is informed.
o Goal: understand, not punish.
• Meeting forms are our only official info. Always record: present, absent, replaced, and why.
Three common cases:
1. Leaving the group: No news from the member → inform us → removed from group (membership stays).
2. Sick leave/accident: Example: car accident. Member can remain; mark “replaced – illness.”
3. Last-minute absence: Still note it in the form.
Topic 2: Using a Replacement
• Can be a colleague, contact, or GR member from another group.
• Non-members: only once.
• If replacement doesn’t show, absence counts for you.
• Good practice: set agreements with trusted GR members from other groups for reliable coverage.

Yes, it’s already that time! 🎉 Another Grand Tour season is coming to an end… and what a season it’s been!
From Quebec City to Gatineau, with stops in Drummondville – and of course Brossard this week – we’ll wrap up this amazing journey in Blainville, on Wednesday, September 3rd.
👉 Yes, you heard that right: Wednesday, not the usual Thursday!
This is your last chance to experience the unique energy of the Grand Tour… so make sure to register now!

🔹 In-person groups with 25+ members (Tier 3) will now have 120-minute meetings, with a clearer, more efficient structure that truly reflects what’s happening in the field.
🔹 We’re introducing official opening and closing moments, both in virtual and in-person settings. And take note: if you leave before the official closing, you will be considered absent.
🔹 Everything is already available in Section 4 of the BOARD Support page, and will soon be posted on our GR website as well.
And because we believe in doing things right, our training sessions will also be updated to reflect these new standards.
