Have you ever hit burnout and just needed to shut down? I didn't realize I was there until we took a week and completely unplugged...from everything. No phone, no Tv, no internet. Just the two of us with our books, each other and the lake. It was like flipping a switch and giving us both a reset on our minds and wellbeing. First day back to being plugged into everything and feeling incredible.
