Participants discover their own behavioral preferences, and how their work effectiveness contributes to the performance of the team and organization. and Insights Discovery creates immediate impact by enabling lasting rich and in depth learning, which can be put into practice immediately. Held in a picturesque state of the art setting of Sumac Farms, Nova Scotia.
