✨DOUBLE SOWP APPROVALS✨

Blessed with a double approval this morning 💖
Congratulations to my two clients who got their spousal open work permits approved 🙏🏽

Here are the quick facts of the two approved applications
✅Under LMIA-exempt code C41
✅Applicant A - spouse of a closed WP (LMIA) principal applicant
✅Applicant B - spouse of a PGWP principal applicant

💡Though both are applications under code C41, the two are entirely different in nature. The eligibility of the SOWP applicant hinges upon the principal applicant, so curating a submission package that covers all bases is essential to success.

☝🏽 On another note, see that the date of approval is different from the date of the latest update?
When an application is refused, you can expect the refusal letter and the officer decision notes to be issued right away.
When an application is approved, a final decision date usually appears first. Several days later, a final update with the approval letter and information about the approved document will be reflected in the GCKey.

✨HIGH WAGE LMIA SUCCESS STORY✨

Fresh out of the oven, the employer and I just received this today. 🤩

LMIA approvals are tough these days, and I am so happy to a positive assessment was given to these two Roofers in Nova Scotia.

Employer interviews are mandatory for all LMIA applications. Thus, the employer should know all the facets of the application, not just their business.

💡The officer needs to be convinced that hiring the foreign worker will not negatively impact the Canadian labour market. They will NOT trick you with their questions, but to understand the requirements and how it impacts the application is key to success.

The employer and I worked together tirelessly to provide all the information that the officer needs. Lo and behold, we got our LMIA approval today.

✨PR Success Story✨

This story is actually a love story.
A story of two beautiful people
A story of how love triumphs over challenges.

Lovely and Jake found each other, like most of us, in unexpected ways. They were fond of each other, fell in love, and even tidally got married. However, despite their differences of their backgrounds they chose each other.

It was a challenge. A challenge we carefully tackled as applying for a spousal sponsorship without any documentation from important family members can certainly raise concerns.

Alas, there were no procedural fairness letters, nor additional document/form requests that were given to the couple.

Their love was evident, compelling and genuine.
Their love prevailed.

OFF TO 🇵🇭 FOR NOW

Yesterday Adanac turned five years old ✨🥳
Yesterday, we also took Bert to the airport. He is going back to the Philippines to stay there for a long while.

He is Adanac's founder. More than that, he is our father.
His daughters will always be proud and thankful for everything he has done. Though he will come back, your family and friends in Canada will truly miss you!
