Operations 101, be prepared for the upcoming seasonal change.

With the spring approaching fast, its already getting late for early preparedness of HVAC systems.
If you had cooling system issues over the last season it will require 6-12 weeks minimum for new equipment to arrive. With the assessment period, equipment selection, tender process it will increase the lead time.

Recently I have been involved in some very interesting conversations about how COVID is changing the way we will work in the future. A good example is working from home, this was previously a luxury but now is a standard. What this will mean to many is reduced costs do to no traveling, less office rental space and a culture shift.
All great news but it comes with risk.
