How can a Virtual Business Manager help your business?
My client has a few job postings that need to have people filled immediately. There were no applicants applying for the position. Let me tell you there is no cold calling, as appointments are set for you. You just need to do the in-home presentation on the product.
So, I reviewed the job posting and made some tweaks to the wording and how we laid out the job posting. One market had 13 applications in an hour. I am excited to see how the other 2 markets get the traction it needs to get these jobs filled.

Mindset and productivity

When you look at your to-do list does it reflect what you want to achieve in your business?

When we look at out tasks that are staring back at us, does it reflect what our goals are for our businesses or just showing us we are busy being busy?

I started looking at my list and seeing a pattern and seeing what I have not been able to cross off. Is there something I can delete as is it not helping me reach that goal, is it something I need to delegate or hire someone to help me with, or do I need to restructure? I am making more of an effort to make sure my to-do list reflects where I am going, what I am trying to achieve for my business.

When you do this, you can start seeing the transformation and the growth potential.

This is something I also do for my clients. I make sure that their time is focused on the growth, closing more deals and seeing a transformation.
