🥂 Excited to share a review from David Lawrason () of our recently released 2021 On Seven Chardonnay:

“On Seven Chardonnay … [is] rich yet somehow so delicate and poised … something rarely encountered, perhaps in Grand Cru white Burgundy … easily among Canada’s Best W**es.”

A few bottles left for this year’s release allocation! You may order online or simply DM us!

Cheers 🥂

📜 On Seven Chardonnay 2021 (97 out of 100 points; Rick VanSickle – **esinniagara): “From the first sniff, it oozes elegance and nuance … This Chardonnay walks on hallowed ground.”

📜 The Devotion Chardonnay 2021 (96 out of 100; Christopher Waters - **e): “The Devotion will offer more depth of flavour with an impressive creamy texture. But the art of the blend offers harmony and polish, too. A full-bodied and refreshing style, this suggests a satisfying mix of apricot/peach fruit with stony/savoury and richer vanilla/honey) notes that carry through to a lingering finish."

📜 The Pursuit Chardonnay 2021 (94 out of 100; Christopher Waters - **e): “The Pursuit always impresses with its rich character, offering layers of tree fruit, savoury and nutty flavours. The balance is pitch perfect; complete with a vibrant undertow. Refreshing finish lasts and lasts."

⚡️🍇 The vineyard is looking great - full of life and energy! 🍇⚡️

🌟 We will get a better sense of this year's overall vintage in the coming months - but to-date - the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vines and clusters are looking very healthy. 🌟

❄️ Winter wonderland ❄️

A snow-filled evening blankets the vineyard which is soundly asleep.

It is peacefully resting, reenergizing, and getting ready for Spring.

🥂 Looking forward to a great year ahead! 🥂

P.S. To whom do you think those footprints belong? 🐾

🥂 On Seven Devotion Chardonnay 2021 - Top 10 Niagara White W**es of 2024 🥂

We are both excited, and humbled, to have once again made Rick VanSickle’s Most Thrilling Niagara White W**es list:

"94 points: The top tier Devotion is a blend of Chardonnay from the finest barrels, the finest blocks ... [in] the finest years. The aromas unfold to show pristine, elegant notes of perfumed pear, apple, apricot, bergamot, sea breeze salinity, elegant spices, and never-ending persistence. It’s much more open knit on the palate with ripe pear, lemon tart, quince, a creamy texture, saline freshness, toasted hazelnuts and spice in a layered, complex style highlight by freshness and finesse on a long, luxurious and lingering finish. A soulful Chardonnay ....

Thrill factor: On Seven has found the magic in Niagara-on-the-Lake for Chardonnay."
