Made from 100% Pinot Noir grown right here in Niagara-on-the-Lake, this small-batch, single vineyard beauty is bone-dry with sweet bright aromas of strawberry, cherry and rose petals. It is so easy to love and will brighten up any occassion or rainy day!

My father has always inspired me to reach for the stars, and while my wine collection pays tribute to his incredible legacy as a winemaker, he also leaves a legacy of learning at Brock University where he received his doctorate and was instrumental in establishing the Cool Climate Oenology and Viticulture Institute (CCOVI).

He was a life-long learner and believed in the power of education. He also loved to share his knowledge and help raise others up. This is why our family established The Karl J. Kaiser Memorial Award in his memory. This scholarship provides financial support to undergraduate students studying applied grape and wine science

On this Father’s Day, I raise a glass to the first recipient who just graduated with first-class standing.

You say rosé, I say rosato! This unicorn of wines is made from the Dornfelder grape, which thrives in cool climates like Ontario with an unrivalled deep, dark colour and ripe fruit-forward flavours. This one-of-a-kind rosé has a bright ruby colour and notes of sweet cherry and strawberry, but is bone dry on the palate with a creamy texture. This makes it a perfect match for Ontario cheeses like Five Brothers and Comfort Cream.

My 2024 Rosato is being released today to celebrate National Rosé Day! Because I made a little too much of the previous vintage, I am having a flash sale on the 2023 while quantities last. $10 off each bottle and only eight cases remain, so hurry to pick up a bottle or two!

My 2025 Sauvignon Blanc is ready for bottling! It always goes through a cool fermentation to preserve the bright fresh fruit aromatics and flavours, which will be captured in the bottle. Fermented bone dry to only 3g/L of course.

So meaningful to work with my sister-in-law and have her share .haus recipes that pair perfectly with my wines. They are both showcased in my sister’s incredible book which was released this week! The legacy of our father’s love of food and wine lives on with all of us.
