Confession... I don't usually get this much excitement over a product I bring into an office. But today was different. - A hygienist looked at her dentist after trying it and said...
"YOU'RE SO SMART FOR FINDING THIS!" 😂

Honestly... that pretty much summed up the day.

We also heard...
✨ "I can't believe it's that easy!"
✨ "That's it? That can't be it!... Wow!"
✨ "I hate sharpening instruments... but this is easy. It's almost fun!"

Today Amanda Chaudry, our Exclusive Brands Specialist, and I spent the day visiting practices and demonstrating several new solutions.

We had great conversations around Evanesce Bulk Fill, the Bluewave Soft Tissue Laser, BA Handpieces, and more... but the XpressEdge Sharpener definitely stole the show.

What had everyone talking wasn't just that it made sharpening easier. It completely changed the equation. A process that normally takes 60-90 seconds per instrument was taking just 1.5-4 seconds. An entire cassette could be sharpened in about the same time it would normally take to sharpen a single instrument!

In just a few seconds, users were producing consistently sharp instruments with perfect toe rounding - all with virtually no learning curve.

That's why the reactions were so much fun to watch.

Two practices are already deciding which scalers and curettes they'd like to pair with it through the current promotion, and I have a feeling there will be a few more conversations like today's before it's over.

I love days like today.

Walking into an office with something new is always a bit of a gamble.

Walking out hearing, "You're so smart for finding this!"... that's a pretty good day.

This quote feels so true to me.

The things that matter most are rarely built in one big moment. They are built in small, repeated actions that don't always look impressive at the time.

One healthy habit. One thoughtful follow-up. One better conversation. One improved process. One small decision repeated often enough to change the outcome.

Consistency may not always feel exciting, but it is powerful.
