As we approach the end of another year, the Solva Group team would like to extend our warmest wishes for a joyful holiday season. We are immensely grateful for the support and partnerships we have built throughout the year. Today, September 30, marks the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation in Canada. It is a day to honor the Survivors of residential schools, to remember the children who never returned home, and acknowledge the ongoing impact to Indigenous families and communities.
To commemorate this day we are wearing an orange shirt to show solidarity and honour the thousands of Survivors of residential schools. The orange shirt symbolizes the culture and freedom stripped from Indigenous children over generations.
Let us commit to learning, understanding, and taking action toward reconciliation.
