This past weekend we had a wonderful start to the summer with our annual Wine Club Patio BBQ! ☀️🥂🍔

When we think about Chardonnay Day, we aren't just celebrating a single grape in a glass; we’re celebrating the varietal that truly put Niagara wine country on the global map.

Our cool climate, the unique soils shaped by the Escarpment, and the lake breezes give Niagara Chardonnay an energy you just can't replicate anywhere else. It’s a grape that forces you to respect our “Bella Terra” and trust the fruit… It has defined our region's identity for decades.

To honour that, we’re out on the patio pouring our Chardonnay Sur Lie. By letting it rest on the lees, we’ve given this cool-climate fruit a beautiful, creamy depth and a rich, rounded texture without losing that signature Niagara freshness. It's grounded, complex, and exactly what we want to be drinking today.
