Meet Juan, Our General Manager & Sommelier 🍷
"Hi everyone,
I’m very excited to introduce myself and officially become part of the AMO family!
My name is Juan, and I’ve been working in the w**e and hospitality industry for over 10 years. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work in w**eries, restaurants, hotels, and various hospitality operations, both internationally and here in Niagara.
Over the years, I’ve developed a real passion for w**e, which eventually led me to pursue my professional Sommelier certification. That journey only strengthened my passion for hospitality and, most importantly, for creating great and memorable experiences for guests.
As a new Canadian, I’m especially excited to continue learning about Ontario’s w**e industry and to be part of a team that is building something really special here in Niagara.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my daughter and wife, discovering great food and w**e, and exploring Niagara and everything this beautiful region has to offer. I’m also a big F1 fan and a self-proclaimed “wannabe golfer” — still working on that part!
I’m really looking forward to getting to know everyone, learning from the team, and being part of the AMO family.
