The vineyard has entered its “look how fast I’m growing” phase 🌱

Just a short time ago, these vines were barely waking up. Now our Cabernet Franc vines are growing rapidly toward the next stage of the season, with tiny grape clusters already beginning to form.

If you visit over the next few weeks, you’ll notice the vineyard changing almost daily as the 2026 vintage continues to take shape 🍷

Mother’s Day looks different for everyone.

To the mothers. The grandmothers. The stepmothers. The chosen mothers. The ones raising children. The ones who raised us. The ones who stepped into the role when they did not have to, but did anyway.

To the fathers who had to be mothers. The mothers who had to be fathers. The caregivers, mentors, protectors, and quiet supporters whose love shows up in ways both big and small.

And to those who may find today difficult, complicated, or tender, we are thinking of you too.

Today, we celebrate care in all the forms it takes.

Look who wanted to say hello 👀

Bud break has officially begun in the vineyard.

These tiny buds are appearing all across the property, including on our Cabernet Franc vines along the patio, the same vines used in both our Hare series and new Cabernet Franc Icewine.

It is one of the first signs that the vineyard is waking up after winter and the official start of the growing season ahead. Next comes rapid shoot growth, flowering, and eventually the first grape clusters of the 2026 vintage 🍷

Wine country is finally coming back to life!

We've got some exciting news! ❄️🍓

Our newest wine, 2021 Cabernet Franc Icewine shows aromas of strawberry compote, dried cherry, and raspberry, layered with candied fruit and a touch of baking spice. The palate is rich and smooth, with flavours of red cherry, stewed strawberry, and rhubarb, all balanced by vibrant acidity.
