Hey Tiny

Hey Tiny Instead of starting with a fully polished brand we are conducting a case study documenting the evolution of our company. Join us!

Hey Tiny is growing and instead of starting with a fully polished brand we are conducting a case study documenting the evolution of our company. Join us as we progress through the stages: gather requirements, produce content, design logos + brand, code, market, and deploy our new site and business. Each week Hey Tiny will document a part of the journey. The content will range from UI tips with JS

and CSS, content writing, design process, business process, marketing, and… you guessed it: rants about current events! Oh and did I mention there will be cat videos. Our team is small, lean, and driven by Chelsea Bell Eady (designer extraordinaire, business guru, and all around awesome lady) and Justin Eady (UI Developer, WordPress ninja, production consultant, and general smart ass) plus a few close knit consultants we call friends. Chelsea has been in the Vancouver tech scene since 1995, and is a multi-faceted designer who focuses on process-driven design. Her passion is serving niche eco-conscious and sustainable businesses with one-of-a-kind business process and design services. She works in digital, print, and analog mediums, and can create logos, branding, print pieces, web designs, and product designs. She has trained at Emily Carr University of Art & Design and BCIT, and has taught the next generation of web developers and designers at BCIT. Justin has been producing lean code since 1999 and started in the industry after attending VFS (Vancouver Film School) Multimedia program. While his main focus is code: HTML, CSS, JS, and PHP, he has deep development skills and years of experience managing development from inception to deployment. Currently his time is divided between contracting with agencies: Blast Radius, Rethink, Tribal DDB, Powershifter, and producing sites for small business. Hey Tiny is pleased to have him on board.

We are working away on the layout for our website, but I gotta say the stock Wordpress 2015 theme sure brings back memories... of every other website out there. ;-)

Justin is fitting in some development for the site between clients, and I am slowly plugging away on design elements, colour palates, and logos.

Going to be playing with blocks and lego to get the perfect look, while Justin plays with the interface; it's coming along nicely!
