Pumped to be going into Q2 focused on scaling Total Dynamic Services Vancouver - a well-established commercial maintenance company out of Langley that's ready to catch the next big construction wave brewing beneath the surface of the BC market this year.
While the construction market may seem dead on the surface - developments paused, subcontractors left unpaid, overextended homeowners - search metrics and ours/others' ROI on ads are saying otherwise.
From the tariff drama of 2025 and other factors, many contractors are giving up on marketing this year - which presents a massive opportunity for savvy companies who are positioned to invest.
With fewer companies bidding and demand quietly returning, we get a significant boost in ad ROI - lower Client Acquisition Costs, more reach, and more revenue generated. But even further - they are establishing their position for a full-swing 2027 market rebound.
