Seasons
Throughout your time as a business owner and human 'being' there are many seasons you journey through. Some overlap, and some have their very own category imprinted in your mind.
I encourage you to review the season you are in as it might help frame some of the questions you might ask yourself and often others as you wade through it.
Right now I am coining my current season a mountain season which to me means surveying things from on top and having a bit of a difficult time climbing. I like the concept of base camping during this season too and having a rest of sortsZ
Mountain season so far feels less novel then perhaps other times and a bit more dry and arid. By identifying the season however I am able to shine some honestly around some of my resistance to it or challenges with its arrival. It also gives me some grace to remember this too shall pass and maybe I will journey through warm waters at some point and starfish in the calm blue sea with my face to the sky.
