Within a «Legal Week - 2026» networking event this April, during an active discussion on AI in the legal industry, we dove into a topic that’s both urgent and complex: responsibility. Who is accountable when AI tools are used for legal research, drafting, or client advising? How do we maintain ethical oversight while embracing innovation that can improve efficiency and access to justice?

I always look forward to these moments at legal networking events. There’s nothing quite like exchanging perspectives with practitioners, academics, and innovators who are passionate about the future of law and committed to navigating it thoughtfully.

Yesterday I delivered an open overview lecture on Public Private Partnership on the basis of SAS university.
Students attempted to critically access the pros and cons of such a finaning model in various jurisdictions and circumstances.
