Enjoyed a great birthday moving Alexa into her new condo in Toronto. Started the day with bday muffins from my nephews Sebastian & Peyton who helped us move boxes, than Alexa & I toasted champagne & enjoyed an Italian dinner at her new condo. Movers & Tom are coming in the morning. It was a great day as Im beaming with pride for Alexa’s next chapter!

As we send off the rollercoaster that was 2020 and head optimistically into 2021, I encourage you all to take a few minutes to rest, reflect, and recharge!

Rest - You can't take care of your customers to the best of your abilities if you aren't taking care of yourself! 2020 has been a rollercoaster - take some time to rest, and congratulate yourself for the things you accomplished this year.

Reflect - Reflect on areas that you are proud of, or can improve on more in 2021! What went well this year!? Let us know in the comments below - we love a good success story!

Recharge - Set a plan in place for 2021 success! Create goals that get you excited and motivated for the future - including personal goals! Feel free to share your goals with us to help hold you accountable - we will absolutely check in for progress updates throughout the year!

One of the things Covid has had a major impact on is COMMITMENT! Through sales evaluations, this has become increasingly more prevalent.

A great way to combat this decrease in commitment is to set GOALS! Not only sales goals, but personal goals that get you excited! Share your goals with a colleague or manager to keep yourself accountable, and stay committed.
