Phase Six - Frank Case - How to become a truly Reflective Individual & Leader
Phase Seven - Leadership Circle Progress Reporting - A Comprehensive review of your personality and leadership style with input from your Manager, your Team Members, Cross-Functional stakeholders and organizational peers

This is a 9-12 Month Program designed to heighten a person’s awareness of self, awareness of team and awareness of their work environment. How I went from knowing NOTHING about , to building a career in just 2 years. 💪

My First 3 Months:
As a manager with zero experience, training, or support, I struggled early on. I felt overwhelmed, constantly putting out fires, stuck in a sink-or-swim cycle. I questioned my worth and dreaded going to work due to stress and anxiety. I was on the verge of quitting after just 3 months. 😤

My Next 3 Months:
But then everything changed. I stepped in for my boss and his peers, built strong relationships with my team, and was sought after by Senior Management. I was promoted twice in under 2 years and broke six figures. I knew exactly what needed to be done and how to do it. 💪

How I Did It:
I delivered impact for myself by developing the right mindsets, confronting limiting beliefs, gaining clarity, and building my competency. I delivered impact for my team by creating a "manager tool belt" that allowed me to effectively grow and develop my team, and build genuine engagement. I future-proofed my growth by learning how to manage upwards, building a support system, and continuing to grow and learn on my own. 💫
