Wine maxxing episode two: the peach pie the whole series was leading up to πŸ₯§

blanched, sliced, and barely sweetened her way to the pie that actually lets the GewΓΌrztraminer and Pinot Gris shine (turns out less sugar is the move when the wine's doing the heavy lifting).

Flower cutouts on the crust. Olive oil and salt and ice cream. A bottle of each already open.

Pie's done. Wine's poured. Just needs people to feed it to.

Wine maxxing is officially a series and episode one starts with a peach situation. πŸ‘

drove an hour and a half to See Ya Later Ranch for the perfect pairing.

The verdict: GewΓΌrztraminer for the floral, lychee moment and Pinot Gris because it's basically peach in a glass. Dry enough to complement, not compete.
