We have SOLD OUT our July 25 Introduction to Working Cattle Clinic! There are still some spaces available for the July 26 Working Cattle Level 2 clinic, and the next Intro will be October 17.

I use scientific studies and real world examples, as well as hands-on learning to teach you how to understand and communicate with your horse! I have to give a huge thanks to Melody Ranch, Courteney, Justin, and all of the amazing boarders, clients, and friends who threw a surprise retirement party for Skoal today as I moved him out to his new retirement home at the Rocking Star Ranch home ranch out by Longview.

We were surprised to find a crowd of people waiting at the barn for me after I came back from a trail ride this afternoon, and having everyone there to say goodbye to Skoal was a great experience. I can’t thank you all enough!

For those of you who have followed me, or attended any clinics or lessons, you’ll all know Skoal. He has helped teach hundreds of people how to ride, rope, and work cattle in the past 11 years of running Rocking Star Ranch Equine. He’s been with me every step of the way. I have owned him since he was three years old, and this year at 24 I made the decision to let him fully retire. He’s a very special horse, and he has most definitely earned his retirement!
