Le Chant du Cygne means swan song.

Before their removal the Syrah vines gave us one last harvest of intensely concentrated fruit, which was blended with Cabernet Sauvignon to create our final Syrah vintage. Matured 16 months in French oak, this bold red has notes of Morello cherry, black pepper, raspberry and clove making it the perfect w**e for cooler weather.
