This is what showing up to site looks like for us.

Everything pre-cut. Everything planned. Wall panels already built.

A full 16 × 40 cabin shows up on a trailer, and two days later we’re at lock-up.

Pretty cool seeing it go from a pile of lumber to this. 👊

You guys had a LOT to say about what you thought was underneath this driveway, so we figured you deserved to see a little more. 😅

This property sits next to a century-old telegraph trail, which makes finding an 8x8 timber structure buried underneath it even more interesting.

We still don’t know exactly what it was used for or why it ended up where it did.

There might be more to this than we originally thought.

And Bo… that comment was too good to leave at just a few laughs. We got a new rubble shirt coming your way to return the favour 🐶

Did we just find an underground bunker????? 😳
The driveway gave out right under the truck, opening straight into a hidden 8x8 log room buried beneath the dirt. Definitely not what we expected to find today!
Old root cellar? Cold War bunker? Forgotten pioneer stash?

Our next 3 builds are all based on this design, but each will be changed to fit the client, the property and exactly what they want.

We handle all of our drafting and design in-house, so you work directly with us from the very beginning. We can make changes, bounce ideas around and shape the design around you without passing you from one person to the next.

This exterior was driven by the client’s vision, combining LP horizontal lap siding with LP Board & Batten.

The mix of profiles adds depth and definition while keeping the overall design clean and cohesive. We think the combination came together really well.
