This is the next chapter. 17 years ago, I starting building a business to connect families and friends in a supportive space where we could thrive on good energy, a love of music, and shared parenting/ caregiving experiences. I have so many wonderful memories and cherish all the great conversations shared during those years. My kids are getting bigger and now I get to shift my energy to supporting women and caregivers. Well... This feel full circle. After many years of sharing music and movement with hundreds of families, and over two decades in support services, I have finally opened a wellness practice dedicated to women and caregivers. Reiki Energy Balancing, Soulful Sound Soothing, Guided Meditation Journey, and AromaTouch Sensory Experience. Come and enjoy a time to rest, recharge and realign, or join for a special time dedicated to bringing little ones with you.

The day has finally arrived and I'm so thrilled to finally be able to share what I have been creating and building with so much love and intention.

Some things in life feel like they were always meant to be. March 8th has always been special as it’s my birthday. It also happens to be International Women’s Day, a day dedicated to honouring the strength, achievements, and well-being of women around the world. This year, it marks another incredible milestone—the opening of InTune Intentions, a space created to help women and caregivers rest, recharge, and realign without guilt.

I like to believe each chapter of life has led me here with purpose and intention. This journey has been shaped by my experiences as a mother, wife, caregiver, and support professional. After more than two decades in supportive roles, the need has only continued to grow and expand as life moves at a faster pace. I have felt the cost of exhaustion and burnout, both personally and through the shared experiences of others. After living through a global pandemic, followed by a family health crisis, I deeply understand the toll that constant doing and giving takes on the body, mind, and soul.

Wellness begins with being in tune—with your body, mind, and the world around you. Self-care is not an afterthought, but a necessity that allows everything else to flourish. You are invited into a soothing and supportive space where you can pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Each holistic support is thoughtfully designed to release stress, restore balance, and realign your energy, leaving you feeling more present, grounded, and in tune with yourself and your loved ones. Like ripples on the water, the care you give yourself expands outward, shaping the way you show up in every area of life.

These things always make me cry! Life is busy and time goes so quickly. Rock N Read is the perfect place to schedule an hour of having fun and making memories together each week. Plus, you will learn lots of great things to keep building happy memories at home too 💕

This is so true! I had three kids all close together and a husband that worked super long days. I think I felt all these things at some point. I'm ALWAYS here for all of our Rock N Read customers. I think of you as family ❤ Honestly, please don't be shy if you need to talk, vent or cry.

If your babies or kids are sick and you need somebody to pick-up groceries or medication, if you haven't had any sleep and need a cup of coffee, if you need somebody to snuggle the baby or play with the kids so you can have a shower, just ask. I'm happy to help for free.

You don't have to be alone. Being a parent is really hard and sometimes you just need a little break and somebody that understands. I have been there. I have had MANY sleepless nights, dealt with fertility issues, miscarriage, having a child with special needs, anxiety and feeling overwhelmed. I'm here 🙂
