Ingredients:
1 cup Good Eats Chickpea Flour πΎ
1 1/4 cups water π§
1/2 teaspoon salt π§
1/4 teaspoon black pepper πΆοΈ
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder π§
2 tablespoons olive oil π«
1/2 onion, chopped π§
1 clove garlic, minced π§
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped π
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped π
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional) π§
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400Β°F π₯
In a mixing bowl, whisk together chickpea flour, water, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until well combined. Set aside π₯£
In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and sautΓ© for 2-3 minutes until softened π³
Add chopped spinach and sun-dried tomatoes to the skillet and cook until the spinach has wilted ππ
