There's a common phrase in ABA: "Behaviour goes where reinforcement flows". Humans only do things repeatedly that are being reinforced somehow. Would you continue to show up to work if they stopped paying you? Would you continue calling a friend who never returned your calls, showed up for plans, or showed you love? No. How can our community help you use reinforcement effectively without bribing your kid, without giving them the reigns or the keys to the castle? This kid. My ♐ 🎇 I cannot believe my BABY is seven years old. He is the gentlest, most thoughtful, sweet, sensitive, high energy, wild and free, brave little kiddo I have ever met. So curious and full of life his smile warms my heart. I cannot believe it was seven years ago today (1am this morning) that David blew up the pool under our twinkling Christmas tree lights I caught you at 5am and we spent the day snuggling. The first of countless sleepless cuddles. 🎉Wishing our little 👑 the happiest of birthdays🎂

It's been a rollercoaster few months emotionally since I started working out mid-May. Started off strong with an awesome trainer, floundered a bit on my own, now working towards better health and wellness as a family with Movati. Feeling stronger than I ever have in my life, excited to work towards being fit and healthy rather than just thin and pretty which is all I ever thought I could identify with. So thankful to everyone who has been so supportive.
