Koala Insulation of Durham

Great review from Stephen... "Please consider Koala insulation if you want to upgrade your attic. Chris came to our house and went up to our attic to inspect it for our quote. He then came down and explained everything about our attic with pics, and although our attic was in good shape he reccomended a top up of an additional 18 inches of insulation to bring us up to an R60 value. Today Jim and Matt came to install baffles, and spray seal any cracks/openings in our entire attic, and then blew in the insulation. They both were friendly and honest and did an incredible job cleaning up after. We will be getting back approximately $1000 from the government as a rebate to help with this job. This will make us more comfortable in our home as well as save on future gas bills.
Thank you everyone from Koala Insulation.

Great review from Anand... "Overall I’m happy with the fiber glass attic insulation done by Koala. The installers were great, very polite, explained and showed pictures of their work and cleaned up the home nicely. They taped the closet to ensure minimal exposure to any loose fibers. Communication with the owner Chris could have been a lot better."

There's a certain quiet that only shows up once the weather turns - blankets out, lights low, everyone actually home. That's the feeling a good home is built around. Comfort without the cost. Link in bio to see what that could look like at your place.

Your attic might be crying out for help if...

🥵 Upstairs feels like another climate.
💸 Your energy bills keep climbing.
🌡️ Every room has a different temperature.
❄️ You're constantly adjusting the thermostat.
😩 Your HVAC never seems to get a break.

The good news? These are often signs of insulation—not your HVAC.

Great review from Ethan... "Great, clean, professional.
I woke up sweating this morning because the insulation worked so well. I already noticed a difference in how well the house holds heat."

Great review from Dhaneena... "I’m very happy with Chris and his team. From the initial quotation, Chris gave me a detailed explanation of the current state of my attic and clearly explained what needed to be done.
Matthew and Jim came to complete the insulation work, and both did an excellent job. Matthew was very polite and professional. He showed me pictures of the attic before and after the work and explained everything he had done.

The entire process was very systematic and well organized. I’m extremely pleased with the quality of the work and would definitely recommend Chris and his team."
