Starting again still counts...

I’ve been reminding myself of that lately.

The funny thing about helping other people show up online is that sometimes your own content is the first thing to get pushed aside.

And that’s exactly what happened here.

I’ve been working behind the scenes, supporting clients, writing content, updating things, planning posts, and doing the kind of work I genuinely love. 💻

But my own little corner of the internet got quiet and dark.

So I’m taking my own advice and starting again.

No dramatic comeback. No perfect plan. Just one small step at a time.

👉🏼 Post the thing.
👉🏼 Share what you do.
👉🏼 Remind people how they can work with you.

Because sometimes you just need to relight the flame. 🔥

A few kind words from people I’ve had the joy of supporting over the years 🤍

I’m always so grateful when clients trust me with the behind-the-scenes pieces of their business, whether that’s social media, websites, podcast support, admin tasks, content planning, copywriting, or all the random little things that need to get done.

A lot of what I do is helping people feel less overwhelmed by the online side of their business.

I’ve been quiet on here. 😬

Which is kind of funny (and kind of not), considering I live and breathe social media for my clients. I can show up, plan, post, and build momentum for other people all day long.

But when it comes to my stuff... my business account, my writing, my actual life.

I’ve been… absent.

Not because I “didn’t have anything to say.”

Because I’ve been hiding. (And not just online.)

For the better part of two years, I’ve shown up for what I had to: work, volunteer commitments, my kids, their sports, the endless logistics.

But… I’ve barely shown up for me.

Today, winter is still hanging on, but the sun is warm enough to start pulling everything back. Snow melting in layers. The ground slowly reappearing.

Proof that what’s underneath was never gone, just covered.

And it hit me: the snow didn’t build overnight.

And I won’t come back to myself overnight either.

So this is me, cracking the door open. Letting a little light in. Starting to peel back the layers, one at a time, until I recognize myself again.

No big reveal. No dramatic comeback. Just a decision to stop disappearing.

I miss who I was before.

And I’m ready to find her again.
