When Colleen first posted this photo on March 29, 2020, she wrote that, "He didn't ask and I didn't answer, but in early February Bruce Miller and Colleen Mayo-Pankhurst became engaged. We had hoped to make this public announcement once we had our rings. However, they were due in to our jeweller a few days after self-distancing began 'de rigeur.' So tonight we decided that enough is enough. The early summer wedding we were planning has been postponed until family and friends from away can fly to join us in Ottawa."
Ours is far from the only wedding planned for 2020 that had to be postponed, but it is a joy that we are finally able to gather our entire family safely, including the Whitehorse contingent.
