Today, Area X.O hosted Farmers First: A Reverse Pitch Session at the Ottawa Innovation Farm. 🥬

Instead of innovators pitching solutions, we flipped the model. Farmers took the stage to share real-world challenges, priorities, and opportunities directly with partners across Canada’s agri-innovation ecosystem.

From production and sustainability to operational efficiency, these conversations are exactly what drive meaningful innovation, grounded in real needs and built for real impact.

The session sparked thoughtful discussion, practical ideas, and valuable new connections across the room. This is how we accelerate adoption and ensure innovation is shaped by those who use it most.
