This is gonna make some people mad FOR SURE but I think about this all the time. I just feel like there is noooo way the world wouldn’t be better if there were more women in positions of power and holding more wealth. (And if you’re a man who is a feminist you can be invited too 🫡)

Nobody wants to learn from someone 100 steps ahead of them

I think they want someone 2 steps ahead.

Someone who just figured it out. Who made mistakes. Who did it while juggling everything and not having a ton of money

That’s why the people in my life keep asking me about real estate investing!

I definitely gravitate more towards someone closer to my level - still an exciting goal to work towards but attainable and relatable.

I think I’ll make a long video - workshop / webinar style - about how to buy your first investment property (and answer the questions in it that I get all the time!)
