These little beauties are a hidden gem in the mushroom world!

β€’ Rich, nutty flavor (way more depth than white mushrooms!)
β€’ Firm texture that holds up beautifully when cooked
β€’ Packed with nutrients + antioxidants πŸ’ͺ
β€’ The caps stay slightly crunchy = amazing in dishes!

You NEED to try this:

πŸ§„ Ingredients:
β€’ Chestnut mushrooms (whole or halved)
β€’ Butter
β€’ Garlic (fresh minced)
β€’ Salt & pepper
β€’ Fresh parsley (optional)

πŸ”₯ Directions:

1. Heat butter in a pan on medium-high
2. Add mushrooms β€” don’t overcrowd!
3. Let them sear (don’t stir too much!)
4. Add garlic, salt & pepper
5. Cook until golden brown
6. Finish with fresh parsley

✨ Done in 10 minutes and absolutely DELICIOUS!
