So much excitement as Silver Swallow met many new retailers keen on bringing our Bubbly Not Boozy bevvies across the West! 🥂

And while I love meeting new people and connecting over shared joys and challenges, I’m actually an introvert in disguise.

In days gone by, I’d beeline to the bar for instant gratification. But since breaking up with booze, I’ve learned new ways to decompress.

Jumping in water is my FIRST choice — no matter the temperature. One dive and a busy brain is instantly soothed 🧖🏼‍♀️

✨ From Mental Health Struggles to Raising a Glass That Sparkles ✨

Our CEO and Co-Founder, Genna, is open about living with anxiety and bipolar disorder — and how choosing sobriety transformed her life and inspired Silver Swallow.

In her mental health journey, she was fortunate to have the resources and advocacy skills to get the help she needed. But not everyone does — and that’s where organizations like step in.

Last week, our Bubbly Not Boozy was proudly poured at the Soirée Salus — a beautiful feast at the French Embassy , celebrating community, compassion, and recovery. Their work provides housing and support for adults living with mental health and substance-use challenges.

We all deserve a road to recovery. So we were happy to raise a glass — to Salus. Let’s keep filling flutes and feeling good. Santé! 💛🍾

Andrew and I traveled to Corsica, France, to celebrate half our lives together! 🫶

A gem was Hôtel Thalassa — a beachside inn run by the same charismatic woman since 1958. She and her late husband purchased a property off the beaten path, laid the beautiful stone, and planted the gardens. She can still be found greeting every guest with a smile and story.

This couple knows beauty is everywhere if we look for it and nurture it. Pure joie de vivre! ✨

Our Father’s Day tradition? Strawberry picking🍓👨🏻‍🌾🥰 Hands in the dirt, mouths stained with berries, and hearts full.

Both Andrew and I grew up in families that gardened. Being close to the land—and sharing what we grew—was a love language we learned young. It’s one we’re proud to pass on.

That same love for real, fresh ingredients lives in every bottle of Silver Swallow. From the strawberries in our Rosé to the rare teas we hand-select for their unique notes. Always real. Never fake. Just nature doing her thing.
