Seeing Silver Swallow’s beautiful bottles of better-for-you bevvies travel to places we once only dreamed of — from mountain towns in Colorado to the tropical shores of Guam — truly fills my cup🥂🌎

As a Mom, I started rethinking drinking to be more present for my daughter. So being able to share that option with mothers across continents and oceans feels like a moment worth pausing for.

And pausing isn’t something parents get to do often.

So this weekend, I disconnected a little, soaked it in, and sent that energy out into the world alongside our little bottles of joy 🌸🍾

Washing away this week’s high energy with a cold plunge in the ocean! 🌊🌬️

So much excitement as Silver Swallow met many new retailers keen on bringing our Bubbly Not Boozy bevvies across the West! 🥂

And while I love meeting new people and connecting over shared joys and challenges, I’m actually an introvert in disguise.

In days gone by, I’d beeline to the bar for instant gratification. But since breaking up with booze, I’ve learned new ways to decompress.

Jumping in water is my FIRST choice — no matter the temperature. One dive and a busy brain is instantly soothed 🧖🏼‍♀️

No matter where you find yourself today, wishing you a moment to refuel 🥰
